1. What images can I upload for printing? Usually our customers purchase off ETSY for $2 and then upload png format for us to print. You can also get creative using CANVA and download png format with NO BACKGROUND please.

2. My image is good but it has a background, how do I remove it? You can use Canva, Picwish, photoshop or other apps to remove the background.

3. I need my order same day or RUSH. Do you offer a RUSH FEE? Yes, just add Rush Fee to your cart

4. I placed my order at 3pm, will it be ready today? Orders processed after 12pm are considered next day and will likely take 1-2 days from day ordered
